    Pros

    I love the work culture there, people are friendly, work ethic is respectable and productivity is profound. The team spirit is vibrant and innovative, with hungry for success.

    Cons

    Internal communications can be very difficult sometimes due to the complex hierarchy, job functions and duties can sometimes become unclear.

    Advice to Management

    I think that the current restructuring of the entire HSBC is hugely advantageous, hopefully achieving a simple organization and complex job model.
