good life and work balance. A lot of personal time, and lot of exposures to the line of business.

Cons

a lot of bureaucratic in such a big corporation. Especially it is during a acquisition period

    Easy going atmosphere, great fringe benefits (401K, health insurance, vacation, etc).

    Cons

    No job security, Advancement is based on who you know, No raises

    Bring back incentives; even though closing up mortage business in U.S. still need motivation for those of us left.

    working from home, some ability to learn stable technologies but not enough emphasis on learning or networking with industry partners.

    Cons

    unsure of commitment to US and Midwest region, poor performance management, managers do not have time to manager their direct reports, low tolerance for risk or failure, tends to lag market in adopting technology.

    Take some risks and really allow employees to control their destinies
