Pros

Good strategy which will benefit the organization in years to come Great people to work with

Cons

bureaucracy which is frustrating at times.

Advice to Management

A balanced approach for off shoring and on shoring will give the quality output we are looking for. An overkill on cost reduction may have negative effects.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Big firm, with a strong capital and little risk appetite (a quality these days)

    Cons

Big firm, with political infighting and nepotism, like many other places. Has always cut corners on resources and ends up again and again with embarrassments.

    Advice to Management

Don't do things half way. Give people the resources they need, pay them decently, eliminate incompetents and barons. You will obtain well-run businesses and long-term profits. Don't, and you will remain the large clumsy elephant that you are.
