I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

The culture facilitates work/life balance, encourages younger employees to work with senior management, and fosters improvement.

Cons

Systems and other technology can sometimes be dated. Many inefficiencies exist because of bureaucracy related to the US being a subsidiary of the London-based bank.

    Pros

Good Heath package and attempt to have a modern view point

    Cons

Where to begin... This is a company where careers go to die. 3 realignment changes in the past 3 years. If you have ever been through 1 alignment change imagine 3 in 2 years. 3 comp plan changes and direction in just as much time. Layoff round after layoff. Sad thing really... It's such a simple business contempt yet they are completely lost in the weeds. STAY AWAY.
