I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

CSR activities
Managers are approachable
Diversity and ability to interact with Clients
Plethora of projects in the banking sector.

Cons

Not a paymaster
Switching between the departments is difficult
Learning curve would not be that intense
Majority of projects that are off shored are not lead by the offshore team.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect for peoples aspirations should be given prime importance.
Pay can be negotiated however aspirations cannot!
