Wonderful people, great benefits, lots of days holiday, great onsite facilities

Cons

Incredibly heirarchical, lots of red tape, bad communication and management, poor leadership, culture is very aggressive. Work life balance is almost non-existent, and certainly not encouraged.

Advice to Senior Management

Remove the bureacracy and staff will be more efficient, a flatter management structure would make decisions and processes much quicker and more efficient. Work life balance is important. Employee engagement scores should not be ignored.
