Pros

Management was very nice, people overall very friendly, big bank with opportunities everywhere

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, lack of commitment regarding US presence, seemingly afraid to make any moves at all

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate overall strategy to employers better, get rid of the bureaucracy tying down the bank's innovation
