    Good company to work for

    I have been working at HSN full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Working at home is nice. Generous PTO, nice people. It's really nice not having a boss looking over your shoulder every… Cons: You're tied to your desk for 8 hours with calls coming in non stop. Pay isn't really worth it for the amount of work you… Advice to Senior Management: Pay your employees more and decrease call volume.     They do not care about you

    I worked at HSN full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: Working from home, no gas expenses Cons: I left making only 53 cents more than when I started - NO RAISES and NO ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES - I had 20 supervisors from start… Advice to Senior Management: Get off your high horses and be a manager.
