    Pros

Highly competitive environment and great chances to study android system from top AP level to bottom kernel level.

    Pros

Company is able to execute on ideas quickly.

    Cons

Long working hours. Lack of vision from top management means an large and inefficient amount of debate and change around what products and features to develop.

    Advice to Management

    1. Invest resources on developing for products beyond one year out. 2. It's not enough for products to be good; they have to be aggressively marketed so the world knows they are good.
