    Pros

Easy to do your job and stay out of the way of management, just dont be the best at anything and you'll be allowed to work for Hub forever.

    Cons

Environment is terrible to work in, salaries are low, acknowledgement of efforts done by rank and file employees is completely absent.

    Advice to Management

You'll make more money if you actually pay attention to what the people who have been working for your company have been telling you about how to make more money, instead of just paying lip service to them. You should follow your stated mandate to promote from within your company, it might help people who work there actually care about the company. Also, you're planning to go public again, how about a employee share ownership plan?
