Pros

Great working hours for staff. All major Holidays offices are closed.

Cons

Not enough staff on site to do the job being asked. Property Managers are over worked.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to hire more staff for each sight.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, upper management genuinely cares, residents can be great to work with, paid vacation, holidays off.

    Cons

    Understaffed on site, pay, can be pulled to other communities a lot for coverage, a lot of paperwork.

    Pros

    Upper management generally cares about employees. Good sense of camaraderie among employees.

    Cons

    Usually not enough employees in offices or on maintenance teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Set larger budgets for salaries and payroll to ensure that properties are adequately staffed. This would solve a majority of the problems with property operations.
