I have been working at Habitat for Humanity full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

strong brand, global reach, good financials, mission-minded and dedicated staff & volunteers

Cons

senior leadership not always cohesive, not willing to prioritize, projects not selected based on ROI nor measured after completion

Advice to ManagementAdvice

invest in some process re-engineering, find a way to calculate ROI and hold leaders accountable for achieving anticipated results
