Pros

For helping poor families get a home of thier own. Meeting the community and helping them one family at a time. Learning a wide range of donated products.

Cons

Bad pay. Open to many new germs from donations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and take thier advice and suggestions.

    The work is very rewarding because you are helping people in need.

    strong brand, global reach, good financials, mission-minded and dedicated staff & volunteers

    Cons

    senior leadership not always cohesive, not willing to prioritize, projects not selected based on ROI nor measured after completion

    invest in some process re-engineering, find a way to calculate ROI and hold leaders accountable for achieving anticipated results
