Long hours and a lack of resources (limited staff, ever-increasing needs within the community) quickly lead to burnout.
Board of Directors can be challenging if the organization does not have a clear vision for the future.

In order to attract the talented and committed individuals that the nonprofit sector needs to succeed, invest in your staff (competitive salaries, benefits, etc.).
