I worked at Habitat for Humanity full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Everyone is dedicated to the mission of providing decent, sustainable, and affordable housing to low income first time homebuyers. President/CEO Erin Rank is as hard working and dedicated as any I have ever worked for. Very inspirational, as well as friendly to all.

    Cons

Extremely heavy workload, requiring extended hours, although the time does fly by.
