    Pros

    If you want to learn about every aspect of building a house working for habitat is great. I've learned how to properly paint, put siding up and much more.

    Cons

    Some times transportation and weather can be an issue as well as cancellation of volunteers. Other then that its great.

    Pros

    - Complicated. It is a challenging job, and there is always work that needs to be done.
    - Great work environment.
    - Amazing location. It's one block away from the North End.
    - Flexible

    Cons

    - Lower pay than equivalent jobs in the private sector.
    - Small office means everyone works more.
