I worked at Habitat for Humanity as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Great work environment, a great deal of diversity. The schedule was flexible and as a intern I was exposed to many situations that have helped me grow.

Cons

There isn't a stable workforce so that sometimes leaves the work to a few people. This makes projects sometimes exceed time restrictions.

I worked at Habitat for Humanity as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Good substantive work and meaningful impact on the conduct of the charity's work. Great work-life balance with okay opportunities for advancement

    Cons

Company struggles with its religious identity which can get in the way of some of the things it's doing - it's heavily branded as christian and that closes as many doors as it opens internationally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
