An incredibly fast paced environment that allows you to be creative, no matter what department you work in. We have a strong Executive Team who are generous with sharing their knowledge and value open transparent communication. They encourage “empowerment” , but it’s still up to the individual to take it and run with it. Those that don’t, complain they aren’t empowered. Those that do, make things happen and are successful here.

When you join Hacker Group you are made aware that you are paid a base salary and then receive quarterly bonuses which are based on profit. We have had some quarters where the bonus was low and that can affect company morale. But we have historically had strong quarters where the bonuses are very good, and even some that rock!!

Bottom-line this is a great environment to work in, to learn, to master skills, grow professionally, and even have fun while doing it.

Cons – Cons: Sometimes long hours, and quick turn-around times. Everyone works hard here, and if you also work smart, you can have a decent work-life balance, but as in all things you need to put some effort into it.
