I have been working at Haggar

Pros

They have a beautiful new building. People there are so nice its hard to not smile when there. Benefits are pretty comprehensive

Cons

Management can be crazy at times, HR is always hyper as hell to the point of annoying. However, again everyone is pretty nice

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have good people but some of your people need to seriously chill out and try to figure out things. More money is always nice.

I worked at Haggar full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Office culture is fantastic. Upper management very centered on being the best company to work for in the Dallas area.
Excellent work-out facilities and great work-life balance.
    Compensation very good.

    Cons

Limited personal growth opportunities due to the company size being small.
Lots of pressure in the job due to the volatile retail industry.
    Resistance to some basic changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some in upper management are still very autocratic and don't value employee's input.
Stay focused on good ethical business decisions.
Get input from many in upper management, don't just relay on one source of information.
Some confidential information has been leaked regarding decisions affecting jobs. This should not happen.
