Bad economic times bring the worst out

Engineer (Former Employee) Charlestown, MA

Pros- Start a career in search of something better.
- If you want to work in consulting and not design
- Gain experience as an entry-level
- Want to move into management

Cons- Little to no design opportunities
- No diversity in projects
- Cookie cutter projects and planning
- Little opportunity for growth for young engineers
- A lot of demand on young staff and little recognition

Advice to Senior ManagementBe better with younger engineers and mentor them rather than seeing them as bottom of the pyramid. Offer opportunities for growth other than management.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Haley & Aldrich, Inc

Pros: The work is challenging and interesting. Staff members are given the opportunity to think creatively and voice their opinions. … Cons: Would like more individual feedback about job performance. Hear this from friends… Advice to Senior Management: Sometimes the amount of data communicated during staff meetings means… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
