I have been working at Halfords part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hands on work with practical training offered. Average salary for part time work. Potential for promotion from within

    Cons

Very difficult to get anything organised. Often unrealistic expectations of sales targets. Can be frustrating when trying to organise and recieve training. often make mistakes with pay

    Advice to Management

Sort out the organisation for the lower level employees to remove some of the frustrations felt by employees
