I worked at Halliburton as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, flexible hours, nice admins.

    Cons

Not very good corporate culture. Each manager is allowed to create whatever culture he/she wants. Some are great, others not so much. Most seem interested in making the person directly above them happy with very little "big picture" thinking of the company as a whole.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your employees more and look to make the company better.
