I worked at Halliburton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Halliburton has been a leader in technology and great co-workers and management. The work is always staying on top of new technology and I loved working on patents and new development of products.

    Cons

Halliburton moved the Chemical Technology to Houston, TX. It seems that they no longer valued experience and expertise that only comes with time and being an efficient employee who needs little or no supervision to do their job.

    Advice to Management

Realize and respect older employees who have devoted their lives to your goals and company. Understand that efficiency makes you money by experience, knowing how to interpret results and make next step independently. Experienced workers work efficiently.
