    Pros

    - Very good salary
    - Very good time-off policy

    - Generally good computers
    - Freedom to "Experiment"

    Cons

    - Work on 10-yr old technology base

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spin Landmark off. Seriously. Landmark is worth easily 4B as an independent entity, and as such could offer employees far more interesting comp.
