Pros1. Amazing creative projects.
2. Meeting and making life-long creative friends
3. The chance to do national exposure design

Cons1. Sometimes the company can feel too big.
2. Kansas City, however wonderful (which it is) is like an island of culture on the great prairie.

Advice to Senior ManagementExpand the internal art store and library.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
