Great Place to work. Lots of talent and room for creative advancement on multiple platforms.

Cons

Company is working through some management and industry challenges. Look to have more of a 5 year career span and less of a full career.

    I have been working at Hallmark part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Interacting with customers is one of the best reasons to work at Hallmark. I personally enjoy helping the elderly with their needs.

    Cons

    We should offer more for men especially around Father's Day. When looking for a male gift it is hard to find much.

    Sometimes, specials could be more clearly displayed instead of the small print.

    The resources, employee benefits, salary and overall ability to expand your career are all Pros of working for Hallmark.

    Cons

    The organization is so large, it is sometimes difficult to accomplish goals or exercise initiatives quickly. However, if you have the right contacts and the persistance you can be successful.
