    Pros

The flexibility of scheduling is appealing

    Cons

The limited number of hours given and the expectations of executives in Kansas. These things look good on paper, but don't work in the field.

    Advice to Management

Get our there in the field and LISTEN to your RM's and TA's! The name Hallmark is supposed to be synonymous with quality and integrity. For some strange reason (probably the monetary bottom line), the higher ups decided to cut most of the stores that had been either 5 or 6 day a week stores to 1 and 2. Now imagine if you only work one day a week; by the time you get back the next week you have to zone (clean up) all of the product from the store that you are working in, (and if it's a major chain store, with no names being called), you have ALL types of products that you have to clean up, before you can start on your own work! Then you may have (at best) 2.5 or 3 hours to complete this! Impossible! Now we are being told that we will be given more hours. When all was said and done, it amounted to 2 for the week. Now we are being told to catch up on the mounds of freight that has been forced to remain in the warehouse because we weren't given the hours to work. Sometimes you feel like you are chasing chickens and only catching feathers....

    Pros

Clean, Inviting atmosphere, Sentimental product allows to connect with customers and even smells good

    Cons

Written scripts for selling, daily sales goals which is understandable but still annoying to have to push a certain product
