Pros

A lot of resources at your disposal. TONS of assets in the archives to help with product design. You have no idea how great it is to have the access to all of these amazing resources/images/etc.

Cons

"Higher-ups" are unwilling to try new things, however we'll see how our new way of working will influence the future of the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be open and willing to try new things. (Things are starting to go that way, though)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value the more productive workers. In the last reorg of the Creative division the company kept a lot of deadbeats.
