    Pros

I enjoyed all of the employees of this company. I feel they are one of the more ethical companies in the area.

    Cons

Benefits could be better for full time/part time employees

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Hallmark Rehabilitation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits and CEU courses.

    Cons

The only thing that matters to the management is profits raked through all possible means. Most DORs are ready to make employees engage in any fraudulent practices to achieve RUG levels and maximize their bonuses. Therapists are forced to group patients even when it is not appropriate.

    Advice to Management

We realize that you are in market to make profits but don't put patient care so low on your priority list that it becomes the reason for your collapse. Do not treat staff like they are dollar producing machines.
