Current Employee – been working at Hammersmith & Fulham

Pros – the organisation is very diversity concious and this is a good thing because the are
people living in the borough who come from all over the world.

Cons – It could be less beareaucratic for an organisation of its size. The quality of senior managers can
also be a problem.

Advice to Senior Management – They should hire and promote managers based more on competence rather than
political correcteness and is the case at the present time.
