Pros – Very entrepreneurial company with opportunity to lead and manage your own projects and day to day work style and balance. Small company feel with national footprint and opportunity to work with best in class clients at with the C suite on exciting expansion and market opportunities. Very smart professionals, intellectual capital is high and constant learning within teams because everyone comes from different backgrounds.

Cons – Corporate communication could be improved. Travel is a necessary part of the job because projects are so geographically dispersed, so be ready to be on the road. Company has offices all over the country, so be prepared to work with teams remotely.

Advice to Senior Management – Create more regular communication. Be more aggressive with marketing and communication strategy. Provide on going training for all employees across the company and create more opportunities for employees to get together to developer greater teaming skills.
