I like the brand, its just the management at this particular location.

Cons

Again the brand is fine its just poor management at this location

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to review their choices in managers at this hotel. Neither one comes out of the office and has no idea how to even develop a team, they wont deal with guest or even answer their phones. I simply cannot believe it. A very bad place to work, negative work environment wtih very poor leadership.

    Pros

    The only pro is that this job is convenient for college students due to flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    No Breaks
    Standing on Feet for 8hrs
    You are Treated Like a Dog
    No Communication
    No OverTime will be given for the hours work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I feel as though the employer should take more time to recognize and appreciate their employees for their wonderful work. This employer is more selfish than any other employer Ive known, The Employer needs to be fair in the bonus and pay rates they give out. Being that this is a full time job and high end job. The employers should be offered paid vacations, personal and sick days when needed and also the option to obtain insurance. Also this employer should have more than one person working on each shift in order to provide top quality customer service. I feel as though the employer should also stick to her word and not play favoritism towards certain employees and their privileges.

    travel discounts, a lot of alone time to read or go online, forced into problem solving situations would not get otherwise

    Cons

    hard to get time off, not much chance for promotion, not much praise from employers or respect for work done

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    praise employees. make them feel like they are a respected part of a team and don't have to fear for their jobs
