good people, easy, and flexible.

Cons

horrible pay and no room for growth. becomes very repatitie and stagnate.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay your employees more money. 30,000 for a management position is embarassing.

    I like the brand, its just the management at this particular location.

    Cons

    Again the brand is fine its just poor management at this location

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to review their choices in managers at this hotel. Neither one comes out of the office and has no idea how to even develop a team, they wont deal with guest or even answer their phones. I simply cannot believe it. A very bad place to work, negative work environment wtih very poor leadership.

    Plenty of opportunities to acquire solid communication skills and demands organization.

    Cons

    Boring and the day can come at a standstill if there is nothing to be done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Delegate more work to aspiring staff to give them a feel of accomplishment.
