“boring”
Current Employee – been working at Hampton Inn
Pros – good people, easy, and flexible.
Cons – horrible pay and no room for growth. becomes very repatitie and stagnate.
Advice to Senior Management – pay your employees more money. 30,000 for a management position is embarassing.
