    Pros

    Easy job, Get to study during slow time, not much in the way of job duties

    Cons

    horrible management, not enough staff, NO BENEFITS, NO PTO

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to employees, check time clocks, watch your security cameras to see what your 'best' employees are doing when you're not around, offer benefits, give us PTO after our probation period, be more selective about your hiring/manager selection

    Cons

    Standing, no breaks, no holiday pay, no paid vacations, no benefits, and no direct deposit.

    Hire a part time clerk to help when others want to take time off.
