Hectic

Maintenance Manager (Former Employee) Wilmington, NC

ProsThe upper mgmt is stable, however one of the owners is also the mgmt company and I think the decisions are to personal.

ConsThis will be no surprise but as in any hotel the lesser employees work for minimum wage although they probably work the hardest.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire quality people at a decent wage, and step back and let those quality people do what they do best.
