“Growing pains”
Current Employee – been working at Hancock Bank full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Financially sound and growing with real potential.
Cons – Hancock was much less mature in ever aspect than the bank they merged with, Whitney Bank. Their management team is inexperienced with no real leadership skills. They still have small bank mentaility.
Advice to Senior Management – Facilitate communications and allow your front line managers lead without micromanaging.
