Hancock Fabrics Sales Associate in Richmond, VA:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

It is nice to work with a combination of dress fabric, quilting fabric and home decor fabric. It allows for some creativity

Cons

They seem to always have too few associates and it is kind of hard to satisfy customers when they are frustrated with standing in line forever. It is even harder not to take it personally when the customers start ranting...

Advice to Senior Management

please hire more associates
