Pros

Flexible schedules, hydraulic massage beds, sinks in each room, spacious break room, two restrooms, supplies provided (sheets, lotions, stones, all you need to work is there, clients) , my coworkers are team players. Lovely environment.

Cons

No benefits, (health insurance, etc, but it is the industry we are working with, it is what it is.

Advice to Management

I just started working here two weeks ago, for now everything seems fine.

    Pros

Generally 3-4 massages per day. All supplies provided.

    Cons

Will overbook you if you don't keep a close eye on things. More than a few self-entitled, ungrateful clients.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.

I have been working at Hand and Stone Spa full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly.
    Nice Spa.
    Very Relaxing environment.

    Cons

You don't get paid when there is no Clients. Which I dislike so much. But I guess it's like this at every Spa.
They hired A lot of Employee's.
The Mini Benefits are not great.

    Advice to Management

Don't Know Since I just started here. Will review in a few months.
