    I have been working at Handel Architects full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great design work, Talented staff and upper management

    Cons

    long hours, only 10 vacation days a year for PTO and no comp time or overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more flexible with personal time and be more encouraging and supportive of the staffs work . Especially at the junior and intermediate level
