I worked at Hanesbrands part-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company to work for. They for the most part are great people. But one bad egg soils the it.

Cons

They moved the location to a slower part of the mall to expand. lost a lot of business bc of it which means less hours

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start doing more research when you plan to move. You made a beautiful store that hardly anyone sees any more because of where is is located.

    I have been working at Hanesbrands full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Fun brands to work on, summer hours (every friday off) is a good bonus.

    Cons

    Promotions/pay not based on talent, more based on good ole boy network. Employees who do little in actual work but devote time to social causes promoted by company get rewarded over those who are talented and carry the load.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop promotions based on nepotism/other agendas and reward the employees doing the work.
