“Nice place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Hanson Building Products
Pros – I can't speak for other groups, but my manager is very devoted to making sure that employees are happy and have the tools they need to do the job. My manager is very good about giving praise and pushing it upwards.
Cons – After close to a year, I haven't seen any yet.
It bothers me that the break rooms are stocked with refreshments, but there are no recycling bins available. I know this is a ridiculous complaint.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more accessible. I never see them. The communication coming from upper management is very seldom. It would be nice to know their vision.
