“Tons of growth and they treat you good”
I have been working at Harbor Freight Tools full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Performance based, if you can perform well you will do well. If you just want to collect a pay check go somewhere else.
Cons – Very sales driven - I personally like this, but you may not!
Advice to Senior Management – Promote from within more!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
