I worked at Harbor Freight Tools full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The company has good health and 401K benefits, if you can get a full time position.

    Cons

The company is mostly interested in part time employees and ultimately doesn't care about employee welfare. Low wages. No benefits for part time employees. The available hours are based on an unusually small percentage of sales dollars; 5.5% is considered very high. Schedules and hours are not consistent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of the store level employees. Your current business practices aren't conducive to to long term employee retention and you can't run the company without them.
