I worked at Harbor Freight Tools full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great benefits Starts above minimum wage

Cons

No support from management got thrown under the bus. Had to do managers job plus my own then got yelled at because it wasnt done. They cut our hours still expected same results. Little to no training.

Advice to Management

Don't expect a 8 dollar an hour employee to work hard when you cut their hours.

I worked at Harbor Freight Tools part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good entry level job, teaches a lot about costumer service, sales and basics.

    Cons

The managers here seem to hire people who always bring drama to work. They aren't very professional and are not motivated to work. There a are few managers who are rude and unappreciative of the employees even if they do work hard; they play "favorites". There are other managers who are great and work hard to make everyone work as a team.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with a little more respect and hire more professional people.
