“"It's an alright job"”
I have been working at Harbor Freight Tools
Pros – The coworkers are all pretty nice. The pay is alright, benefits are ok.
Cons – It can be high pressure at times and rather stressful for such a simple job.
Advice to Senior Management – Positive reinforcement goes a lot further than threats.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
