Pros

numerous resources available online anyday- anytime

Cons

some direct managers have 30-40 direct sales people under 1 selling manager, also manager is not local - might be several hours away

    I have been working at Harbortouch full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Pay rates are avg. They do have a nice bonus system that allows you to make up for lack of raises and pay equality. Management will make you do a job, but not give to the rate they have documented for that position. .

    Cons

    STRESS!!! They under hire. You will never work hard enough to succeed here. It's just managing failures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Why would you not hire more people? A "Focus" on Customer care comes with a price tag.

    Customer Support side pay rates need review by VP/CEO level staff. Why do employees in any tier make the previous tier rates? Do you not make your tier rates?

    Nice people, good benefits, great manager

    Cons

    hours are 9-6 for fulltime regular employees, can be difficult with childcare

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe do 1/2 hour lunches so people can leave earlier.
