“It is not a place for deisabled people.”
Former Employee – worked at Hardee's
Pros – If you are able to do the fast pace work and stand on your feet for 12 hours without a lunch break the medical insurance is great.
Cons – Very fast pace work. Long hours on your feet with no lunch break.
Advice to Senior Management – Make time for lunch breaks even on busy days and make room for people with disabilities to work the front half of the store instead of the fast pace back line.
