    Pros

    If you are able to do the fast pace work and stand on your feet for 12 hours without a lunch break the medical insurance is great.

    Cons

    Very fast pace work. Long hours on your feet with no lunch break.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make time for lunch breaks even on busy days and make room for people with disabilities to work the front half of the store instead of the fast pace back line.

    free food, flexible schedules, and that's honestly about all.

    Cons

    Hot, disgusting greasy environment. never praised for when you do something right but always criticized for doing something wrong. No advancement opportunities.
