    Pros

    Benefits
    Great coworkers
Most of the Supervisrs are helpful and knowledgable

    Cons

Not enough pay for the work
too many restrictions-no paper, nothing to write with, must secure personal items in a locker
    Too many changes
When I started it was all about service, now its all about sales
    The incentives are joke
Ever since the change in CEO and collaboration with Harland, its gone downhill.
Customers are constantly upset with pricing and procedures.

    I worked at Harland Clarke

    Pros

They keep you busy and are very flexible with your schedule, working from home and time off.

    Cons

The process is chaotic at best. Files are a mess, very little direction so you better know your stuff to be able to jump in a go. Different technologies are being used on websites, bad code, bad CSS, out dated web practices, but they are trying to fix all of that. The biggest problem is the building is dreary and the culture isn't what you would expect for technology. Their IT department hinders work flow and has everything locked down, so it can be frustrating to be a web designer or developer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the way IT does things and move ecommerce out of New Braunfels or at least out of the manufacturing building.
