    Pros

They are investing heavily in new technology and expanding ther product lines beyond checks. They have solid financial backing as long as they can provide the expectd returns.

    Cons

I think senior leadership is so focused on providing these returns that service and quality of product has declined since the merger and investment in employees has drastically reduced. The business outlook for this company has potential, but the senior leadership's seemingly lack of concern for customers and employees will restrict or even reduce this potential. I would rate this company much higher if the senior leaders were more progressive and innovative. They do have potential

    Advice to Management

Embrace Lean principles, focus on quality and service with the same intensity as you do EBITDA, invest in training for front line mananges, place a process engineer and an industrial engineer in each plant, and most importantly view your employees as an asset and not a cancer that must be eliminated even at the cost of efficiency, quality, and service.

    Pros

Benefits were really good. Pay was okay but the more they downsized the more work you got for the same pay.

    Cons

They DO NOT care about the employees. No communication everything you hear is through the grapvie which is usually true.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with Respect !!
